Welcome to PBCards. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. General

By using this website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

PBCards reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Products & Availability

We specialize in trading card games, collectibles, accessories, and related products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly from displayed images.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Verify payment information before processing an order.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order are items that are not yet available for immediate shipment.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery dates are estimates.
  • Delays may occur outside of our control.
  • Partial shipments may occur depending on product availability.

Pre-orders may be cancelled by the customer for a full refund at any time before the product ships.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and other external factors.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Returned items must generally be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned within the applicable return period

Please note that trading card products must be returned unopened with seals intact for a full refund — if a sealed product is opened, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value, up to 100% for opened booster products, as described in our Refund Policy. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Rip n Ship items are opened live on our stream after you buy them. Once an item has been opened, the purchase can no longer be cancelled or returned.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, website design, text, and branding, is the property of PBCards or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

All trademarks, product names, brand names, characters, and related imagery belong to their respective owners. PBCards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card game publisher or license holder. Product images are used solely to identify the genuine products offered for sale.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PBCards shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish and EU law.

11. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is always complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate third-party services, including payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics tools, and social media platforms.

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third parties.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in this section affects your right to bring proceedings there.

16. Competitions and Giveaways

PBCards regularly holds purchase-based giveaways, where orders above a minimum amount within a given period give a ticket in a prize draw. The terms for participation, prizes, the draw, publication of winners and delivery of prizes are set out in our Giveaway Terms at pbcards.eu/pages/giveaway-vilkar and on the current giveaway page, which form part of these Terms of Service.

17. Membership

  • Membership is a monthly subscription for private customers. It renews automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time under your account → Subscriptions. It remains active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Benefits apply when you are logged in with the account you joined with. The current benefits are described on the membership page.
  • Exclusive drops and the birthday gift require that you have been a member for at least 30 consecutive days.
  • If you have cancelled, you can rejoin after 14 days. If you rejoin after cancelling, your membership time starts over – this applies both to the 30 days and to your cashback level.
  • If the payment for the membership is cancelled or refunded, the benefits end.
  • Your date of birth (day and month) is chosen on the membership page and cannot be changed afterwards. It must be saved at least 30 days before your birthday for the gift to apply that year.
  • The birthday gift can be chosen within 14 days of your birthday: cashback or a mystery gift added to your cart with free shipping. One gift per year.
  • Weekly spin: as a member, you can spin the wheel on the weekly spin page once a week (a new week starts on Monday, Danish time). The prizes and the chance of winning each of them are shown on the page. Cashback and discount codes are added right away; a discount code is personal, can be used once and is valid for the period shown. A bonus ticket takes part in the current or next giveaway like other tickets, and a prize wheel spin is spun for you in one of our livestreams. A mystery gift must be ordered by the date shown and is shipped free of charge. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and an unused spin does not carry over to the next week. You get an email when your weekly spin is ready and a reminder if you haven't used it. You can stop these emails with the link in every email.
  • Exclusive drops: for the first 24 hours only members can buy, max. 1 per member. If you bought in the latest drop, you can only buy in the next one once it opens to everyone.
  • If you pause your membership, it counts as a cancellation: your benefits stop when the paid month runs out, and if you resume it, your membership time starts over.
  • Auctions: anyone with an account can bid. Members' auctions are marked, and only members can bid on them. Bids are made in fixed steps and are binding. A bid in the last 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 minutes. All bids are in Danish kroner, and shipping is added when you pay. The winner gets a payment link and must pay within 48 hours – otherwise the offer passes to the next-highest bidder at their own bid, to no more than the 3 highest bidders. The right of withdrawal applies as with all purchases (14 days from when you receive the item). If an account repeatedly does not complete a won auction (2 times within 12 months), we may reject its bids for 6 months.

18. Cashback

  • As a member, you get part of the order amount back as store credit (cashback). The percentage increases with your membership time and is shown on the membership page.
  • Cashback is given when the order has been paid and can be used at checkout. It cannot be paid out.
  • If an order is cancelled or refunded, the cashback is withdrawn – in proportion for partial refunds.

19. Wholesale (B2B)

  • Wholesale prices are only available to approved business customers who are logged in with a wholesale account. Wholesale prices are excl. VAT, and shipping is added.
  • Wholesale orders are placed by sending an inquiry from our wholesale list. We reply with the shipping cost, delivery time and payment details. The order is confirmed when you pay.
  • A wholesale order is binding once it has been paid. Because we buy the goods, in part or in full, specifically for your order, a paid wholesale order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
  • If we cannot deliver all or part of the order, we refund the part we cannot deliver. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
  • The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by businesses.
