Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. PBCards does not store or have access to your full payment card information.

Sharing Your Information
We only share your information with service providers necessary to operate our business:

• Shopify — our e-commerce platform, hosting the store and order data
• Shopify Payments — payment processing
• Klaviyo — email communications and marketing (only if you have subscribed or placed an order)
• Shipmondo and our shipping carriers (e.g. GLS) — name, address, email and phone number, shared to deliver your order and send delivery notifications
• Analytics providers
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) — email address and the content of the email, to send emails such as back-in-stock alerts and membership emails
• Cloudflare — hosting of our own services for membership, giveaways and back-in-stock alerts

These providers process your data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention
We keep order and invoice data for 5 years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes described above.

Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your information
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

Our website is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Giveaways and Prize Draws
When an order gives a ticket in a giveaway, we process the order's details (name, email, order number, country and amount — and for winners also phone number and delivery address) to determine whether the order takes part, to carry out the draw, and to contact and deliver prizes to the winners. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in holding giveaways for our customers (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

During the draw, participants are shown with their first name and the initial of their last name, and winners are published with first name, initial, order number and country. You can choose to hide your name; it is then shown as ******.

When a giveaway has ended, we remove the list of participants from the website; only the winners and the overall figures (number of tickets, participants and countries) remain public. Information about tickets and winners is kept internally for 3 years as documentation of the draw.

The same applies to the prize wheel on our livestreams. If we give you a spin there, we note your name or username, how to reach you and why you got the spin, so we can deliver the prize.

Membership and Back-in-Stock Alerts
If you become a member, we store your membership status, start date and cashback level on your customer account so that you receive your member benefits. If you ask to be notified when a product is back in stock, we store your email address, the product and your language until the notification has been sent or you unsubscribe. The legal basis is the performance of our agreement with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If you choose your date of birth (day and month), we store it to give you your birthday gift and send you a birthday email; until you have chosen it, we may remind you by email up to 6 times. If you use the weekly spin, we store your spins and prizes so you get your prize and can only spin once a week. We email you when your weekly spin is ready – you can stop these emails with the link in every email.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
